So finally… after 3 days of rest (actually it was 2 days off plus 1 day of leave ‘coz I wasn’t feeling well), I am now posting this pic of my favorite veggie salad.
It is basically made up of edamame, kale, pumpkin, orange, cherry tomato, sesame, pumpkin seeds, coriander, spring onion, mustard, pepper, canola oil, honey and vinegar.
Out of all the vegetable salad I’ve tasted… this is my all-time favorite! I can eat this as my lunch and dinner every day, maybe because of the taste of edamame and kale fused with the sweet and sour sauce (which is the mixture of canola, honey and vinegar).
Since I’ve started my diet, which is called Intermittent Fasting (luckily, I have lost 6 kgs), this food always makes me full. Aside from being a tasty meal, it also contains a lot of nutrients which will definitely fulfill my daily basic nutritional requirement.
Therefore, it is a must-eat meal for diet-conscious people like me and for all those who would like to lose weight.
Please let me know which salad recipes are as good as this, so I can try too!

“Good health is built one healthy choice at a time.”
“So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.”
— 1 Corinthians 10:31 (NIV)
May we always be grateful for the food on our tables and the strength it gives us each day. May God grant us wisdom to care for our bodies with balance, gratitude, and discipline, remembering that good health is a blessing to be cherished and shared with those we love.
