How To Get There
The theme park is located on Yas Island near the Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld and CLYMB Abu Dhabi.
If you’re coming from Abu Dhabi,
By Bus
Take the line 160 bus and line 216 bus which takes 2h 41m and costs AED 5 – AED 9.
By Taxi
It will take approximately 25 minutes for AED 60 – AED 75.
By Car
You may also do self-drive which will take around 25 minutes.
If you’re coming all the way from Dubai,
By Bus
Take the bus from Sheraton Mall of the Emirates Hotel to Yas Waterworld with an average travel time of 1 and 30 minutes.
By Taxi
With an average travel duration of 1 hour and 6 minutes, you could reach the destination for the cost AED 190 – AED 240.
By Self-drive
If you’re an experienced driver, you can also drive yourself and your family or friends to the Warner Bros World Abu Dhabi.
Fortunately for us, we had an existing itinerary in Abu Dhabi. We have planned our trip diligently so we can make our time useful and our visit to Abu Dhabi worth it.
Aside from the Warner Bros. World, we have also visited other touristic places in Abu Dhabi such as the:
Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, Abu Dhabi
Qasr Al Watan, Presidential Palace, Abu Dhabi
How To Book For Tickets
There are several websites offering tickets which you can book online. You may book Yas Park tickets on the following:
Ticket price starts from AED 295 for adults and AED 230 for children.
Family & Friends ticket is AED 885 for 4 persons.
Parking is also available free of charge.
A short flashback on how we got our free tickets… 🥰
My husband works with a company selling a variety of healthy foods. Part of his job is to possess professionalism and good customer service skills.
One day, one of his friendly patrons, who regularly buys food from his shop, asked him whether he has a family. After he diligently said yes, the guy left for few minutes then returned back to him while saying, “Here are Yas tickets, enjoy with your family.”
On his hand were three Yas Theme Park Tickets. The guy was so kind, so my husband thanked him cheerfully.
These tickets could be used in one of the three Yas Theme Parks which are:
- Warner Bros World Theme Park
- Yas Waterworld
- Ferrari World
It was August 2022 when my husband received the tickets, so technically, our daughter, Becca, was just around 3 months old at the time. So we decided to postpone our visit until our daughter gets older.
My Mother’s 1-month Vacation in the Dubai
Last May 2023, my mother spent 1 month with us to take care of Becca while me and my husband go to work. Just in time, for us to use the free tickets before its expiration which was 1st of July 2023.
I can say that it was just perfect timing that my mother was here to enjoy the time with us, in addition, Becca was around 10 months old, and ready to visit such recreational parks.
Due to Becca’s age, we knew that she would not appreciate that much neither the Yas Waterworld (a huge waterpark) nor the Ferrari World (an amusement park suitable for adult thrill seekers), so our best choice was the Warner Bros World as we thought that she would enjoy seeing the cute cartoon characters in person.
Our Experience
A huge yellow building with a glass façade welcomed us upon our arrival in Warner Bros World.
Yet of course, if you drove to reach the location using your own car, you will have to park in a nearby building, which was around 5 to 10-minute walk.
Upon entering, you have to show your tickets on the counter and they would scan it using the code shown on the ticket.
Then there you go, you will enter another world in a different dimension. 😊
The Rides and Attractions
We didn’t actually go for the rides and go inside the attractions especially those with long queues considering my daughter might get bored and cry relentlessly, so we just stroll around and ride the only ride she liked – The Carousel. *at least she liked one* 😊

Not only children but also adults, like us, will surely enjoy! Even we could see mostly who enjoyed the rides were adults. 😁
If you are a family with kids, surely the kids would love it! From toddler to adolescents, they would be amazed with the Warner Bros experience.
Yes, it was a bit costly especially for us, since we don’t reserve huge budget for this kind of recreational activities. We were just so lucky that we got the tickets for FREE!

Aside from that Yas Mall is just around if you would like to go for some shopping. They have good restaurants as well as a food court selling a variety of affordable meals.
We had our lunch inside the food court and bought some Korean foods. It was inexpensive yet so yummy! 😋
And since we were already inside the Yas mall, we also passed by the entrance to Ferrari World. However, we were not able to enter inside since we need to pay for separate tickets.
Well, it was an exhausting yet very fulfilling day so we decided to revisit the Ferrari World after some time when Becca will be older and enjoy the rides with us. Instead, we took some good pictures quickly and went back to our hotel.
By the way, me and my husband are also not a fan of crazy huge thrilling rides. 😅
