A person will speak at your back and destroy your reputation so that other people around you could see you as an evil immoral person. (I think these are too exaggerated words)
If you are depressed, you feel down, and you feel like all the people surrounding you are trying to pull you down… CRY!
Crying is a healthy way to release all your stresses and remove your negative feelings in your body. This may energize your soul and clear your mind from pessimisms. Another benefit is it improves your blood circulation.
After crying, you should NEVER look back on what happened in the past. PAST IS PAST. Now, you must LOOK up, care about your PRESENT and plan your FUTURE.
There are a loooooot of reasons in the world for you to SMILE.
For me? Some of the reasons I WAKE UP and SMILE every morning are; a wonderful family, an amazing and very supportive husband, TRUE friends, a stable job and enough amount of savings. [Savings, which, if ever I lose my job (if ever), I can still live without anyone supporting me]
So how about you? Can you share what are your reasons to smile?
“The happiest people are not those who have the best of everything, but those who make the best of everything they have.”
“This is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.”
— Psalm 118:24 (NIV)
May we never take God’s blessings for granted. May our hearts always find joy in the little things, strength in every challenge, and countless reasons to smile each new day.
